1. Who we are

MDB Builder is a product of BizzBit B.V. ("BizzBit", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in the Netherlands. For privacy questions, contact: privacy@bizzbit.com.

2. What we collect on this waitlist page

Your email address (required) — to notify you when the MDB Builder launches.
Company name (optional) — to understand which industries are most interested.
Sector (optional) — to prioritize sector-specific templates.
Submission timestamp — for our records.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process this data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), provided when you tick the opt-in checkbox on the waitlist form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send, or by emailing us.

4. Where it lives

Waitlist data is processed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA), with a Data Processing Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses in place. We do not share or sell your data with any other third party.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist data until the MDB Builder is launched and for a maximum of 24 months thereafter, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bizzbit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, EU) to understand how visitors find and use this site. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept the cookie banner that appears on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and Google Analytics is not loaded.

Google Analytics may collect: anonymised IP address (we have IP-anonymisation enabled), pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, approximate location (country/region), and session timestamps. We do not use Google Analytics for marketing, advertising audiences, or personalised profiling.

We have a Data Processing Amendment with Google in place. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months and then automatically deleted by Google.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page on this site. You can also install the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to disable Google Analytics across all sites.
